    Default Catchin Fishes....using new tavkle

Well I ordered some new crappie tackle....like I needed it or so the wife said. Of course it was "must" have items. Some of the items included the Bobby G baby shad and litewire jigs. I have to tell you I really liked both. The Bobby G "watermellon wine color ....first cast...13.5". I tried several other of the colors I ordered that I thought would match todays conditions and they all caught fish. It was a really good day and the litewire jigs I was using pulled loose when hung up and only lost one all day long. I was using the 3/32 in orange ones today.

    Ended up catching this pig.....

It was a good day even with the wind

Pardon the fingers on the thread title...could not change it

Good post, appreciate the report. Always happy to read about fishermen catchin' on Watermelon Wine. Makes me feel good.
