Size: 35.0 KBGot to the ramp at 0620 and was fishiung solo by 0630! Hit all of the normal wiper spots but couldn't find any rod breakers so I hit up my crappie spot! Action was early and often with about every other fish being a keeper! Then the WIND came up and I couldn't stay on the fish! I did find a new pile out of the wind and caught dome dinks off of it but no more keepers... Bite was mostly on the slip-bobber minnow rig as I couldn't feel the bite very well with all of the WIND!!! Back at the boat ramp at 1030 and cleaned 11 between 11 and almost 14 inches!

Still sounds like a great morning compared to working. What lake?

Good looking fish there! The wind sure makes it tough when trying to stay on a pile. When the wind comes up I normally go drift for walleye somewhere just so I dont have to fight trying to stay on a pile

Hell of a lot better than my day. Worked from 9 to 6 on a Friday then had to go to a black tie dinner for the wife. Sad way to spend a Friday.
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D

Rub it in, must be hard having a lake in your backyard. That's OK though, the fall adult beer drinking leagues are just getting ready to start, I mean softball. Plenty of cans every night I'll be fishing too!!

Oh no, no, no. Please, no keg beer, that would kill my recycling efforts I kinda posted this as a joke, however, after yesterdays gas price jump it's quickly possible that it could become a reality
