Fished the creek at Hillsdale Thursday afternoon. Just now reporting cause the flu bug hit me while I was out there and had to cut it short. I caught alot of fish on just about every lay down, or stump. The stumps in about 4 foot of water seemed better. Best color seemed to be a purple and chartruse, or a black and chartruse 2.5 inch tube jig. I missed alot of nice ones, that I got to see. Long pole and my short boat dont agree all the time. I hope these pics work. Nice to have the rain but, I reckon it might mess up the creeks for me. I sure love the creeks this time of year. Good fishing to ya. P.S. Those were the biggest of what I caught. I kept 7. 2 of those wouldnt fit in the measurer and overlapped the top of the bucket.

Hey snagged...don't know if you were using a boat...but if you can get up past the power lines on rock creek, there is a very tight bend in the creek and a deep hole. Very productive in the spring.
Remember "I" before "E," except in Budweiser

Yes sir, thats a dandy spot. A long with several others. Thats a favorite spot a long with several others farther up stream. Always better on the North side to me. Take care.

Wish I could have been out to give a report. Only lurking until this weekend.
