    Default Hillsdale 03/16/12

Fished Hillsdale from 2:30 to 6:30 today. Wind was a pain...basically spent the entire 4 hours in Marysville area. Caught 31 fish total and brought home 10. Big fish was 12"...the other I brought home were 10" - 11.5". All but two I brought home were females. I caught my fish on jigs in creek channels 17-18 foot deep. Blk/Chart was my best producer. Most fish I caught were suspended anywhere from 10-12 feet in 17-18 feet of water.

Quite a few boats were actually showing up as I was driving off at 7:00pm. By the time I was crossing the dam to come home, they were lining up for the Walleye near the dam...wind had died down a bit by then.

By the way...water temp at surface was 60.7 degrees....crazy!
