Got out for a couple hours Friday and Saturday evenings here in Wichita. Fri. was a small pond near 37th north and Amidon. Caught a few v small green sunfish and one crappie. On a #14 olive scud fly this is my goto for 'gills in these urban ponds. Sat. about sunset was at Emery BMX park pond caught 4 3'' 'gils and a 7'' largemouth on 1/32 jig/spinner rig tipped with a waxie. Not bad for just a minor effort. The fly fishing was with my new 8'6'' 3wt Stowaway 6 rod for our newly opened Cabela's. Great rod even in the wind.
