Fished Big Bull today from the bank. The wife and I brought these home. I hope these pictures work. We fished a jig and a bobber, fished about 2 foot down. Most caught on a bobby garland purple and chartruse, and black and chartruse slab slayer or slab buster, cant never keep remember the name. We struggled for awhile but, finally found a pattern. It wore us out busting the bank but, they are in the pan now. Good fising to ya.

WTG and good pictures. Your outing today sure put my outing out there yesterday to shame. Just goes to show how ones mindset about how and where one expects to find them on any given day can certainly leave them lacking at getting anything in the live well. Good job.

Note to myself branch out much sooner from my preconceived mind sets as where I might expect to find them but its not that easy for the lazy types like me.

Nothing prettier than a metal stringer full of crappies. Nice report.

Fished a 3 acre watershed on saturday. surface temp was 54 degrees. a buddy and I caught about 40 or so crappie. figured they would be on the banks spawning but only caught fish on brush piles in 8-10 ft of water. fish we caught were slim and had no signs of eggs.
