I should be there on Friday morning. Probably start fishing around 10:00am. I have an open seat in my boat. May fish for walleyes some on Friday if anyone is interested. Bringing fryer, potatoes, and oil for Saturday night.

I must have missed the post with the details on this, would somebody mind reposting the details for me? I am a dab hand at a grill.

Edit: never mind, kscrappeye filled me in! Wish I could make it, but we have camping plans at Clinton this weekend.

hey guys....we lost nuctec for the get together , due to family issues...sorry to hear about that....he was bringing trash bags....any volunteers to pick those up? I didn't plan a particular time for the steak fry fri, but I figure to get things started around 6 or 6: 30pm...figured the fishin' might dictate that a little...if it's real good that evening, it don't matter to me if we fish longer and eat later....anyway..I'll be checking out the campsites there around #26 or #27 where a couple of the guys are staying....I don't know which site Ron Meeder is on, but that may be where we land as well......as far as where to get minnows in the area? The only places I know are the station next to Green Acres over by Pamona or the Marina on Melvern Lake.....they sell 'em by the pound here in Gardner...I will check today at Bass Pro and see if I can get a container and aerator large enough to handle several dozen........

If you have ever gone into Eisenhower State Park, keep going west ...past the State Park entrance.....looks on google to me to be about 3 miles further west down that road...the road swings back south and works its way into the Turkey Point area..........If you haven't ever went into the State Park....it's the first road after you go over dam on North side of dam.....
