It was HOT, not the bite just the tempature. Fished the trees for about two hours, minnows looking for summer pattern bite----not there. Caught three dinks, a catfish, and a white bass. Moved around different spots on the lake, caught fish but have had better days. If your going there this weekend Green Acres might be out of minnows, she had a difficult time getting what I wanted, you might want to call ahead. I do not have the telephone number, does anyone.
