HV and I hit Melvern this morning. Got on the water about 6:30 and had two limits bye 8:45. Lots of big fish in the 12 to 14 inch range. Great morning on the water till the wind stopped. You had to go to the bottom of the piles and let it set there to get the fish to hit after the wind layed. Drop a minnow in a pile and catch a fish, it was about that easy early. Heard the north end was muddy but turkey creek was fine. Very good morning with lots of good fish and enjoyable to get home before the jet ski's got out.
