..............and what belongs on the Kansas Off Topic Forum is crystal clear to me at times ....then at other times it totally escapes me as to the logic used in where a post belongs.

It would be interesting to hear what the criteria or logic is for determining where a post belongs or is it based on planetary positions and whims or what?
