I have heard of a few fish being caught shallow but if you find some post up what time of day and what the water Temp was. I think it will be interesting to see "when" they start really hitting the banks.

I have found that about 55 degrees you should live on the banks. Best bites will come in afternoons 1st. Look for rocks facing the west. But at the same time fishing out at 6 to 8ft just might be where the females be waiting. <*)}}}><

I have good luck in creeks this time of year. The Wades branch arm has been producing some. Close to the bank on lay downs, Jig and bobber set about 2 foot or so.
