Hillsdale's Brushpiles

I went to one of the coordinates the other day in crappie cove. The brush pile wasn't a tiny thing, it was huge! I was impressed.

OK I consider myself somewhat familiar with Hillsdale Lake but in no way would I consider myself as anyone very competent at being able to consistently have successful outings there but just to expose how little I do know about Hillsdale Lake - I do wonder if I'm the only one here that wouldn't have a clue where to go if someone said to meet them in crappie cove on Hillsdale Lake? :dono :o :scratchhead :biggrin

There is a campsite named Crappie Cove. I'm assuming just outside that campground is where he's talking about.

I am heading to olathe this weekend to the in-laws house and gonna head to the lake with the bro-in-law and nephews. Hillsdale is close so thats our choice. I've been trying to convert these waypoint to lowrance format with no luck. By chance does anyone have these in lowrance that they wouldn't mind sharing? might be a shot in the dark but worth trying!

Forget the brush piles in the summer time. Find a row of trees and fish them. A minute or two only on each tree in the summer time.
