    Default PVC fish attractors


    Is it legal in KS to make some pvc attractors and sink them in reservoirs such as glen elder, Milford, etc? I know that state has done it but wasn't certain that if I wanted to do it that it would be ok.

    I believe it is legal, however you must contact the biologist for that lake and provide location, and a few other bits of information.

    One must have permission from both KDWPT and Corps of Engineers or other managing authority to place fish habitat in public waters.
