Went out Tuesday night after work and worked my favorite area of the lake. Caught many eyes and wipers as they we both in the same spot. We pulled cranks in 15 FOW about 2.7mph and caught several nice fish. Got our two man limit with no problem. Most of our fish were in the 22 to 25 inch range with a few below the 21 inch mark. Watch a friend of mine land a 8.5lber fishing with shad. Ended up with a really big eye at the end of the night and watch here swim back down for someone else to catch again another day. Best bait was a DT 10 in the shad color. Hope this helps some to make their trip better the next time out.
Back on the lake on Wednesday with my good friend Craig Johnson and man did we catch a lot of fish. Not many fish caught on the structure we were fishing but when we moved out deeper, the electronics lit up and the wipers were waiting. Don't really know how many we caught but we had several doubles and some triples. Ended up catching some eyes with the wipers also. Best depth was 17 fow. Caught fish from 4:45 till dark. El Dorado is on fire again and you better take advantage of her while you can.
If you see me out there, give me a wave....

Wow looks like a great time
Thanks for the update and posting pics. I really enjoy seeing pictures. Those are some nice Walleye and a nice wiper. I caught a 22" wiper a few weekends ago. I reached down to grab the fish it shook and hooked me right around my knee. It was a painful but good learning experience.

Shane,
What shape crank baits: Long thin or shad like?
I fish; therefore I am.
