I've fished maybe 7 times in Kansas this year. the rest Dakotas and Minn. Had a new roof put on stone put on front of house chimney fixed ,Marble looking finish epoxy finish then cedar trim. just ordered a bunch of jigging raps. all my work is done so I will start to fishing again. Then I'll start to report.
:cheers2 Perry lake Oct 17th, should be on like donkey kong, several patterns to try your luck at. Strolling, brush, trees, and rocks, something for everyone.
Melvern isn't a dead sea, you just have to work harder.. We have caught some nice fish there this month. Just saying...
Saw Perry mentioned.....I am good with that as I have never fished it. The 24Oct gives us a month to get it sorted out....have not even had my boat out since spring Crappie Camp
I have worked my a off on Melvern and have come up with nothing. Long time Melvern rats have given up If you know something Shane info would be appreciated
We strolled the channel edge of Turkey Creek in 18fow the last time and ended up with some really nice fish there. When we would find laydowns, we would have the better fish. Started working the wood pile by bluffs on the north / east side looking for trees by the edge of the channel. You should know where about we are fishing. Didn't have much in brush but they did want the hard wood. Hope this helps... Good luck.
Thanks Shane will give it a go
Perry good for me
