    been eating some of my catch last two days. Wow fresh cold water crappie is the best that has ever been.

    It is amazing how different cold water fish taste vs warm water fish.
    Don't Move a Mussel!! Clean, Drain and Dry EVERY TIME, ON EVERY BODY OF WATER!!

    Definantly cold water fish makes a difference think some of it has to do with the meat staying real fresh after being out of the water also.

    Yes and the fillets stay cold after they are removed, witch is not always the case with fish caught in warm weather. When I clean fish in warm weather the fillet goes immediately onto ice.

    yep crappies good anytime but fresh is best
