    Default Cheney 5-3-14

My dad, brother and I was on the water about 8:00 this morning looking for walleye. Tried pulling cranks in 10 - 12 foot of water on 2 different points with no luck. Switched over to worm harnesses and boated 50+ walleye. Only 4 made the 21" minimum. The majority were 19 - 20". The biggest was a little over 22". Got off the water about 5:00. Water temp got up to 64F. Lots of boats out.

WTG. Surprised you didn't find any bigger fish, but looks like they should have some keepers lined up for next year.
I haven't fished Cheney for several years now for walleye. So much quicker for me to get out to El Dorado now than to drive across wichita.
