Default Good News (maybe) for us Waterfowlers'

I have heard from several people we are going to get 6 birds in the early teal season this year. Its a fun little get away in Sept for us die hards. The big info is we may also get getting some extra dark geese in our limit as well. They are talking about giving us Canada Goose number 4 AND 5. A 5 man daily limit should be interesting. I can see both good and bad in this.
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D

If we get some water in September would be good for a teal shoot. As far as the 5 bird limit for geese go they have been talking about it for a couple if years now. I would really like to see it happen but just don't think it will.

I really wish they would allow a pair of wood ducks in the September season

Drake, I am with you on the woodies but that just isn't going to happen. The geese have been in talks for a long time true but I got word that this year is finally got a foot hold and traction for the first time!
