For what it's worth: Been hearing about a great Wiper bite at Truman the past couple of weeks. Spoke to a guy and saw the pictures today. Large fish, lots of um. Lake gave up a 28". Saw the picture myself, 28" with some 26"s and 24"s. Looking real good down there. KC boys trekking out to Milford for the big ones might want to consider a trip to Truman this year. Word is their really turning on when their running water at Warsaw. With the big rains that been passing by, should be lots of opportunities to hit a good day. Sounds like a normal summer daytime and night pattern. Close to or on the bottom on humps in deep water. Haven't been hearing about any topwater splashing in the mornings or evening yet. Check the regs for limits, looks very favorable. IMO. For what it's worth.

28"s, I figure I'll be down there some this summmer. I'm not finding 28's in the home lake down south. Actually haven't beat 24" this month.
