I am amazed at 2 things since I installed my first sonars this month. #1) I was amazed they worked with me installing them, and #2) I am totally amazed that they work as avertised. Got an HDS7 and HDS5 all linked up. Structure Scan blows my mind. Just need to practice more. Everytime I want to do something cool, I have to go back and figure out how to do it! Had a great time with the famil looking for sunken treasures today. Milford was calm today!

how you like that seat set up?
Ragnar, really like it. Makes me be much more effecient and neat up there (not my strong suit) with the extra seat and person. My trolling motor is mounted kinda weird in the way, but I've figured out how to do the trolling motor much better now. (I have 3 Hi-Tek mounts up front, 2 for rod holders, 1 for sonar... I turn the left seat and rod holder set to put down the trolling motor. Not ideal, but doable). For 1 person it's easy to take out and go to 1 rod holder. It's a EZ.T. Pole Perch seat.Quote:
