Little Bait Shop in Cawker City is closing

I just heard the little bait shop in Cawker City is not opening this summer. Darn... down where to get my minnows!

Yes, sounds like Marty is having back surgery and won't be able to run it this year. That really sucks, they always gave you a great count and had some lively minnows. The little gas station/kwik shop on the north side of the highway right as you get to the lake from the east usually has minnows. I can't remember the name of the place and you can also get them in Glen Elder at Wayne's.

Marty and Wormy bait shop has been a great place to get bait, hope someone buys it and continues to operate the business. Two of the nicess people around. Sorry to hear it is closing, wish them the Gods grace.

Marty and Tom are the best. That was real baitshop interested in truly accommodating their customers. Getting up early, staying up late for the fisherman. Get well soon Marty!! We miss you already!
