Was wishing I was fishing, so I checked to see if the 2013 fishing forecast was available yet.
Looks like the printable version (pdf) is available on the KDWPT Fishing Forecast page but the links per species hasn't been updated yet.
My list of places I want to fish this year is growing, there's to many good looking lakes to fish and never enough time.

Just making sure I am not having a brain dead moment in the way I am reading the data.
So according to the reports posted, Milford which is not known as a crappie lake would in theory by data be a much better crappie lake than the Glen that is known as a Crappie Utopia?? Makes me suspect over the survey data
White Crappie....black not listed which is strange to me as my freezer says otherwise
MILFORD 13.06 5.06 0.94 1.70 G 7.52
Black Crappie
GLEN ELDER 3.18 2.76 0.00 1.01 F 2.04

"My goal in life is to be as a good a person as my dog already thinks I am" -- unknown
There is already a bunch hitting up Milford for the Wipers and Blues.....
Some of the forecasts, (ie walleye-reservoir, white crappie-reservoir, white crappie-lakes,etc) state "updated 1/20/12". I wonder if they are really a year behind?? Others (black crappie-reservoir) "updated 1/30/13".
I fish; therefore I am.
Yeah and they are both rated as good but the numbers seem to make Milford the better choice
