    Default Sad Sad day

It's very hard for me to begin to comprehend the tragedy that has unfolded in Connecticut. I've worked in a school system my whole career and to imagine someone coming into the school I work at now and wasting the lives of twenty 5-10 year old human beings makes we wanna both throw up and and go ballistic at the same time. Like I said a terrible tragedy and a terrible waste of not only young human life but the educators that lost their lives as well. This world we live in gets scarier every day. Please pray for the families who lost their precious little ones and for the families of the teachers as well. I hate to post such a sad and terrible thing but I think these people could use our prayers and I know the crappie.com community is a great community and one that will hit their knees in answering this request. Keep your lives in perspective people and tell your loved ones that you love them every chance you get. You never know when it might be the last opportunity you have.

Well said Ozark, the evil we see in our society today is mind boggeling and just when you think it can't get any worse it does ...God help us and this nation.
FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS & FISHING...... hopefully in that order but honestly, not always!

I agree with you 100%. This is exactly why I advocate concealed carry in schools as well as everywhere else. I believe teachers and administrators should have the ability to defend not only themselves but the children in their classrooms. I have a hard time wrapping my mind around this tragedy. I cannot imagine the hurt in these families lives right now.

I would agree this day was both sickening and maddening.I am not against gun's, but please don't turn this post into personal politics about guns. Please just pray for the victims, and the people who have to get through this tradgedy on a personal level. Also, ask God to bless us all. Thank you all, for being members of such a caring community.

My heart utterly weeps at the loss because of the senseless evil this man did.

But my soul is tired of reliving this on an all to frequent basis....

"Personal Politics".......Politics is what's going to help change this

and it was personal a long time ago......
