    Default El Dorado Eyes

Called up a friend that was already on the lake yesterday and he came and picked me up at the dock. Went out after some crappie and ended up with these nice eyes. One was 26" and the other is 22". We caught several small crappie but the eyes were in the area eating them. Thanks for the lift Shane and for netting my walleyes.

Fish were in 40 fow and they were 20 foot deep. Crappie Pro jigs and BG slabslayers were the key. Water temp was 50 degrees.

Dang, those are a couple nice fish. Nice surprise catch for crappie fishing.

Sure nice weather over the weekend for fishing. Was El Dorado that busy with boats?
