    Default Introduction to Kansas Board

Hello all. Just a quick post to introduce myself as a new crappie chaser in KS. Been reading and studying many posts, learning tons. Hopefully, this is the right forum to post this.

Slowly trying to put my old Sea Ark 1860 into crappie mode. It is required to do triple duty for ducks, catfish, and now crappie. I have ordered Hi Tek rod holders (based on the many, many recommendations throughout this forum), but that's about it so far.

My "home lake" is Milford, about 10 min from home. Any tips about the boat or fishing is appreciated. Glad I found this forum. Scout

Crappie Chatt, yes sir. I'm out of the country for a few more weeks. I would like to call you upon return for a lesson or two on your lakes in the spring sometime. But I'm enjoying the "lake record" drama from afar right now! It's how I'm spending my free time.

Welcome. Milford is a wonderful lake, however when I am on it I find myself chasing the wipers.
    Good luck.

Welcome, many of here or fellow fowlers. I won't make it back out to the crappie chase until the middle of Feb but it's the price one pays for being so hard headed...
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D
