    Cool Perry Bass?

Headed up to Perry Wednesday lookin fer Bass. Ozawkie Boats/ Rock Creek Marina is having a benefit tourney this Sat. & I will be there. Ofcourse the weather for then could not be much worse. Anyhow I'll be alone & ifin ya wanna tag along,,, you be welcome. Beautifull looking day tomorrow,,, Heard Perry is on the top 100 list for bass. Very rusty at where to even start. So I got a few rods with long pieces of plastic tied on & a crankin rod. Don't even have any spinner baits but the flukes have fooled many of them. <*)}}}><

Well one thind for sure,,,, "I aint KVD". Not sure ifin I wanna be either. After casting cranks, a bunch without even a tap,,, tossing jigs into rocks, hoppin tubes on points,, did catch 4(no keepers) in brush. Tex-rigged worms worked. Weather looks real bad for Sat. Gortex & 'SLOW DOWN' . <*)}}}><

Give Thompsonville point a try. 1st or second ledge drop off with your flukes or a chart 2 inch curly tail or tube on a light jig head. Mess around with different weights and stick to the blues and chart and junebug colors, there are a ton of nice small mouth in that area. If the front puts em down tight find the brush and fish a texas rigged 4 inch or 6 inch plastic worm.
