Good day for Walleyes

Good day, 9 nice walleyes largest 2-4.5 lbs. Caught 6-7 more legal fish but wanted to stay at 9. All caught in less than 3 ft of water on crankbaits. Finally starting to figure these guys out. All caught in an area less than 50 yeards long. Caught white bass, black bass and crappie in the same spot.

Very nice catch right there. What lake were you fishing? I tried El Dorado for a bit this morning, with only one 5-6inch crappie caught. It was a bit windy for the boat today.

Melvern, this spot has been holding fish almost all year. Depends on the wind direction. We fish shallow throwing crankbaits and only target active fish.
