House Concurrent Resolution No. 5017 -- this resolution proposes amending the constitution of the state of Kansas relating to the classification and taxation of watercraft. This bill was referred to the Committee on Taxation. This bill had a hearing on Monday, March 7. Resolution was passed out of committee and is on House General Orders. Resolution passed the House and was sent to the Senate. HCR5017 has been referred to the Committee on Assessment and Taxation. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 2, 2012, 10:30 a.m., RM 152-S. Bill passed out of committee on February 2, 2012 and is now on the Senate General Orders.:o
