You can have it repaired but probably cost almost as much as new. I would buy new and keep other in boat for spare to get you home if needed. Just my 2cents.

I was on the Wakie @ Clinton one day last week & hit a log going about 20mph & bent my prop. It's aluminum on a 40 hp Nissan (Tiahatsu makes it I think) I didn't notice it @ 1st, but it was obvious the next day when I was back @ Perry & went to open it up. it vibrated like crazy. (not good on bearings ect.) I hammered & dollied it back out as you couldn't see it but could feel it. I haven't been able to try it yet to see if vibration is gone. (too windy) My ??? is. Will it ever be right? Can I sent it in & have it repaired or should I just get a new one. There are several on e-bay that are Solo brand,I think, for around $100.00 . Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.Thumbs Up

CC give MIDWEST PROPELLER out in Olathe a try. They have a pretty good reputation for repairing props and selling used ones too. Good luck!
FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS & FISHING...... hopefully in that order but honestly, not always!
I agree with Slabby Joe i have had several done over there & they do a great job & i think about half or less then a new one go to there web sight & you use to get a wed discount. Worth a try. With the price of gas you can ups or mail it & they ship it back.Sounds like i work there but i just had good luck with them. Jim C.
I agree with these guys on Midwest Propeller. My old man has been going to them for years, and now that i've gotten into the game I've used them as well. Decent prices and good work. They also took the time to explain some things to us that we didn't really know about props.
I don't know anything about the business they are directing you to, but an extra prop never hurts, like Cray posted. You never know when you are going to hit a stump or boulder or whatever. I have an extra prop now because I had to send in the original after I misjudged my distance from the garage and backed into it. I bought another prop while mine was getting repaired and it is a slightly lower pitch than the original. It works better than the original for skiing and tubing, which is how my boat gets most of its hours on the big motor anyway. And now I have an extra prop ready to go if I ever need it.
I am just pullin' your leg.:D
Thanks for the info guys. I'll be in the Olathe area tomorrow. Looked @ the Midwest Propeller site. Looks like they can help me. I think I'll have them fix the one I have & get an extra one w/more pitch for faster top end. My boat is a 15 1/2 foot Tracker & top speed now is 33 mph but it's always nice to get there faster if you need to. Sounds like I may need to get a tac to see what my RPM is so I don't over rev my motor. Thanks again:D

At one time they handsome of the composite Comprops on clearance. I used those for backups. They aren't near as durable but for a backup like thus they worked great on a small boat like yours. I think they were like $50 for 2 of them.
I saved $$$ when I bought mt SS prop there...
