......The wife and I like whites as much as crappie, provided they are properly fileted. The reddish brown meat along the lateral line must be removed. When they are cleaned right they are every bit as good as crappie and the meat is firmer and flakier. If you try em and dont like em, pm me and I'll come take em off your hands! bob
