Stick on Eye patterns ???'s

I got to thinking about cutting my own stick on eyes and was wondering if there is any reason they have to be round? My wife has 10-12 different pattern punches that range from stars to moons that would fit everything from 1/2 down to 1/64 jig heads.

I also figured a star pattern would lay flatter than a circle.

Any thoughts?

As long as you can get the stupid backing off:p:p why not, make up a few and try them out if they don't take em off and try something else.

I'm with Fatman. What better way to find out than trial and error. Good idea too. I think we have a couple of those punches laying around here! The search begins...
