    Default portable tying station/bench

What do you use, where did you get it?

I saw something on another thread about someone building their own but I searched and came up with nothing.

I want something I can just pick up and move, maybe put across my legs while I am watching TV

    BTLowry, I'd like to know,also.
I just got a starter vise in and it will not fit over the edge of my desk so I am interested in what other folks are using/buying/building/selling !

you are right there is someone here that made a very nice portable work station I just can't remember who. it was like a briefcase looked great. someone will remember. I bought one of those little travel vises from cabelas it all folds into a little box and has holders for all your tools in the lid. I actually use that more then my regular vise.

oh and when i watch tv it sits nicely on a tv tray

I tell you we have some very talented people on this site. That is a excellent idea now hurry up and make about 20 more so we can order them from you. I would make my own but my wife took away all my power tools after the last trip to the hospital
