    Default Horse Head Jig ?'s

I think I'm fixin' to let go of the money and order a 1/8 oz horse head Do-It mold. I like to troll RR's but hate the factory hooks....

Anyway, what size split ring and blade are ya'll using on these?? And where are you buying them from?

On the 1/8 oz. I use a 0 or 1 split ring and a 0 or 1 blade depending on where I'm fishing it. Just watch out on the sickles if that's what you're gonna use some of the wire from the eye to the bend of the hook are too long to fit in the mold

Having just ordered it you might want to check if they have it, Jann's had it on backorder for a week for my 1/16 and 1/32 size mold. Lot's of folks buying them

I love horsehead jigs for fishing for anything from bluegills to stripers.

    Thumbs up split rings/blades

I also use size 0 split rings and either a 0 or 1 blade on an 1/8 oz
With a willow blade I'll go 1 or 2 size.
