    Unhappy Anyone cut new molds

I have a do it blank mold. I bought it because a machist buddy said he could
cut it to duplicate the original Charlie Brewer slider head. Well after giving him
hundreds of hand tied jigs I haven't heard a word from him!
I would like to find someone to cut this mold without charging an arm and a leg! I'm retired and money is tight. If I can't find anyone the mold will be for
    sale.

    Thanks in advance.................................Crappiekil ler3

Well that stinks......If you decide to sell the blank I'd be interested in buying it.....maybe you'll find a builder...I hope so...good luck......brim

Unless they have cnc cutting machines and know the programs it's gonna be kind of tough to make a mold from the blank. Most places that make molds won't copy or make a mold of a copy righted lure.

You could try Dolphin tackle they bough the rights for the old hilts molds, and they carry one called the Perfect Replica Mold but it's expensive.

    Download the Hilts Molds catalog

download the catalouge and go to I think it's page 7.

Sorry ya got messed over by your buddy!!!!!!!!!

If you send me your address, I'll send you a couple of the jigs.
If I know what relieved means I believe they are. I would like
what ever is the easiest for you to make, preferably 4-6 cavities.
