Got home from work earlier this morning was feeling a little hungry so I decided to have a Jig Roast thanks to TNT Tackle. Looking good so far will know in about 10 how the roast turned out

they where pretty tender too, best tasting so far will try a little special sauce i created on the next roast
MMMMmmmmmmMMM - good
Not bad, I see you got a few dipped too long and got the dreaded drip head. Happens to all of us LOL. Was reading on another board you can slice it off clean with a knife and recure, Now I've never tried it but who knows.
Enjoy

Just a little food for thought.
Rather than hang your jigs from the rack, why not stand them up from a T formed from a sheet of aluminum foil? I secure my heads in these T-stands with paper clips. Granted, these may not hold as many jigs as your rack rows and require a roll of foil. But, they might save you an additional step if you fill your oven with these.
I've found that for my method of painting heads, gravity takes over and pulls the paint/coating downward. This method might be worth the effort in order to save yourself from any additional finishing step(s).
