You keep them in well marked bags. :D

But if you have the same hook and they're all mixed together, I'd forget about it if it's more than 25 of each.

I was having the same problem so I weighed my on a reloading scale, only about 1.37 grains difference in weight. 7000 grains to the pound! That difference is so small that I quit making 1/80 jigs and am thinking about turning that one into a 1/24 jig, that would probably be more usefull?

A good set of calipers, and a really big magnifying glass.

If I had a mix of them I would set up a simple way to drop them through a slot in either an adjustable wrench or vice grips. Then just try to sort them that way. Or maybe find some small sockets, nuts or something that they will fit through and/or won't fit through and try it that way.

That is the best I could find but you will either have to size it in another program or just print it out and change the numbers. Your best bet, now that I think about it would be to go to Home depot or Lowes or some other hardware store and get one of those plastic drill bit sizing things.

The only way I can really think of is find a picture of the mold that makes the no collar ball heads and see which size matche's which one.

If you have a pair of dial calipers the 1/64 ture weight checks .167 dia. the 1/80 checks .142 dia. these weight's are minus 3 tenth's of a grain for tying material weight.
