They sent me the wrong size & type of 3 different colors of tube material for zip jigs. Contacted em, & they very quickly sent the right items and told me to keep the wrong ones.

I like em! I made a couple orders that had some things that they didn't have in stock. Instead of just leavin it out or "substatutin" for it, they CALL me to see what I want them to do! Only place I ever had that to happen with. BPS just sends the rest of it with the "out of stock " stuff marked off. I don't like that. Then I gotta pay more shippin to get what I orderd the first time. Anyway, Barlows is good folks! If ya ain't tried em, do so, you will be satisfied.

I've dealt with them for a couple years now and I'm happy with them. Prices went up on a lot of my regular items in 2009.but I'll still order from them.

I have always had A++++ service from Barlow's. The rest of the fishing tackle business needs to model themselves after them. I reccomend them every chance I get but I agree with Jungle Jim about the 2009 price increases.

I have traded at Barlows for 31 years. Always seem to want to satisfy the customer and their prices are not any higher than other folks. Cheaper than Cabelas & Bass Pro.

If you shop in the store don't get discouraged if you don't find what you want on the shelves. Most of the stuff is in the back. I usually just look at the catalog and get the item number and have em get what I want from the back of the store.
