Would like to thank all of you for creating a new addiction for me. I have my jig tying station out in an unheated garage and have been spending a few days when temps were below 20 cause I can't leave it alone for a day.

I also have built two rods just for working these micro jigs once the water goes soft again. One is a super ultra light built on a 2 weight fly rod 6'-6" blank. Tennesee handle no rings prefer the shrink tape seems to increase sense of feel.

Second one is a little more conventional. Used an old Berkley Lighting rod replaced guides and handle. Its a 5'-6" ultralight.

Mounted a Okuma Aveco size 10 on the fly rod one and GAWD does it feel nice. So light and responsive that I cannot wait to feel first bite on it.
