    I would suggest throwing something at them in wild colors and see what they do. If they haven't seen it before, maybe it will set off their curiosity. Work your jigs slooooooow, if it is very cold water, I would say to use something with much less action, maybe a very sparse hackle tail rather than marabou. I know around me when it gets cold, crappie won't even look at a twist tail jig or spinner, but during warm weather, there are days they fight over it.

    okay i wasted some much foam and stuff its not funny($20-$30)but i got it done and if i might say i think it looks pretty darn good...let me know what you guys think...

    Looks like a hopper to me. Any hopper eater should be dinner with that one.
    I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.
