In the Christmas section at Wal Mart I picked up some great metallic material for making jig skirts and tails.....at 75 percent off, it cost me 50 cents a package. It's the Holiday Time Holographic Icicles. It's a very supple and thin stranded holographic mylar type material and comes in gold, silver, and also in a package of assorted colors such as hot pink, midnight blue, purple and so on. If you are lucky, they'll still have some when you get there.
