    Default poured and tyed


    Pour and tyed some jigs, just want to show them... I have gotten alot of ideas from this site, so I wanted to show results. Pics are not that good, will take somemore later, these are two toned, not really able to show the blend of color laying flat on counter, will try to get better pics from vise

    These are painted with a fluid bed and air brushed with powder paint, for the added color. the top is green with blue blown in, bottom is gold with red blown in. I paint the eyes with enamel paint, I use a cut q-tip and tooth pick for pupil...

    Trust me when doing Pony Heads that Swivel DOES get in the way when you're tying LOL.

    rockintats88 - one thing I'd do on the heads not the tie is take a really thin bladed sharp knife and carefully clear the powder paint between the nose of the head and the top swivel piece. It really does make the swivel work better. Another trick I use when powder painting Pony Heads is to wrap the swivel in tin foil and before baking pull it off unless you want color on it then just do the clear.
