Think I got photos better with my old camera. By being in focus I can see I really need a magnifying light. The odd looking one is a modified Clouser minnow. If the ice does not come on soon here in Ohio I am gonna have 9000 of these things tied up.

If I could see them better I may have more to add, but just first glance the top one you cut the tail to even for my taste. I like more of a tapered look and I think it would help you if you did that.

I think there is more I can add if you would crop the pic a little closer to the jig so it can be seen better.

I think you will do just fine tying.

those clousers have a tendency to have longer flowing tails to give them a more life like action in the water but that is the beauty of tying your own...you make em like you want em. Skip makes really great jigs so any suggestions you get from him will be good ones but jig making is also an opportunity for self expression and just plain having fun. "no rules just right" applies here so go have fun man, express yoself. I like breaking the rules lol.......brim

oh yeah by the way if you lose jigs like I do you'll go through 9000 jigs pretty quick so you may wanna tie extra.
