right after I powder coat a head with base color I put it in the oven or what ever your using do not use lighter's or heat lamp's I'll just melt the powder then dip into flake dust off re-heat dip in clear do what ever-else you want to do then cure bake you'll like using it ,it give's that little extra spark when it's needed.

Got my jigs yesterday. MAN!!! Those things look AWSOME. Almost too pretty to use, ALMOST:cool:. Can't wait to use the flake.

Man I hope I get one of these right. Dude those are some great looking jig heads.
From left to right:
Jig 1 - This one I would put a bobby garland slab buster the electric chicken which is pink round grub body with a char tail. It would look outstanding!!!
Jig 2 - Lamenate Black body with char tail again. Black on top & char on bottom of body.
Jig 3 - Cobal Blue Grub Body with Bone White Tale.
Jig 4 - Bone White Grub body with blaze red tale Bobby Garland 2" minnow style.
Jig 5 - Black body with yellow tale. Bumble Bee is color combo.
I hope you approve. Nicely done jig heads there!!! Let me know if I am even close. Jimmy. :) :D
