If you had to pick one jig color combination that works for you what would it be starting with the head color, body material and color, tail material and color and also the water color of your lake.I am not to good on color combinations and am looking for some good ones to try.

    Thanks,Len

My lake is stained , always. Never clear , rarely muddy. My goto jig
has always been a black/chartruse tube jig.
I have just started to tie.
My best producing jigs this spring were a chartruse head/with charutruse
over orange bucktail body for brushpiles . For shallow water and boathouses
    a pink/black/pink and a blue/white/flash . These were in several variations
of maribou, syn. hair, bucktail, and flashabou.
I have spent a lot more time in the last couple of weeks tying than fishing.
I have tied lots of various combo, I cant wait to get back on the
    water and field test.

    good luck
