    FYI,

    Sabine County is in a state of emergency! The flooding it really terrible just North of us. You can't get from Milam to Hemphill because Hwy 87 is under water. Yesterday they were asking people with boats to help rescue people from Brookshire Brothers (Grocery) in San Aug. You would not believe!

    If you ever want to see this lake over full it's now. It came up over 2' yesterday alone.

    Hope it lets up soon. It's raining here, but we're down a few inches for our monthy total I believe.

    If the wind would let up. I had to move my boat to my neighbors boat house because mine would not clear the water. Looks like more rain tonight and tomorrow. The lake did come down a few inches since yesterday from 173 elevation to 172.8, but more rain may not be a good sign.
