    These are black base heads with slurry method eye's then their candied Orange,blue,purpleand yellow.

    If you powder coat you can ues the powder with a small amount of water to make a paste or slurry then a fine tip brush is used to paint the eye's on before putting them back in the oven. you can read the result's are in in jig sec.
