Len, those look great, at least to a beginner like myself. I'm just getting started tying some crappie jigs, its so much fun. What is the material the bodies are made of, as you can see I'm a greenhorn. It sure looks like sparkling scales to me.

Hello Paw Paw Gene!!
The body material is called New Age Glow Chenille and it actually glows when subjected to light. I am going to try these night fishing on the ice here in Northern Indiana. The material can be found at www.anglersworkshop.com
I left off the hair on the back of jig so I could tip the jig with plastic or live bait(Minnow).Will test these out when we get safe ice!!
Thanks Len, I know of no one here who uses glo anything. Might be a big hit as the new bait on the block.
