Gizzard Shad

Here's a few attempts at a gizzard shad lookalike.

All are 1/8 oz., one round and 2 minnow heads with eyes, and #2 red sickle hooks.

Pretty rough to start but the third one is not too bad.
I added black fiber to the top of the jig, in fishing position, but it is not showing real well. Also added yellow to get the yellowish tint in the live model.







This one came out decent but not too sure about the color of palmer chenille:
