I dip it powder paint color of choice then dip in clear powder paint. After I bake paint and glue eyes on with 2 part epoxy, I top coat with Solarez Diamond UV.

1/16oz pillhead with inset eyes on size 4 Mustad 2x hook. 99 pictured in my hand.
