Cure in toaster oven, 350 for 15-20 min. They will come out with an orange hint, the orange will go away and they will be bright red after a few days or a week. I dont know why this happens, but thats how mine works. My fluorescent red does the same.

Fly if you haven't looked at them yet, check Columbia Coatings. They have a lot of colors and curing instructions for each. They sell in several sizes. Just another source for you.
I'm with SuperDave add clear coat.. I thin my thick harbor freight paint with clear coat. I can't remember which brand I bought it was either prismatic or eastwood.
Don't use a lot of ProTec anymore, mostly use automotive powder paint but all of it needs to be stirred up and fluffy
